Due to the fact that our items are bought over the Internet, cannot be tried on ahead of time and are bought site unseen, we have developed the following return and exchange policy for customer service purposes. Of course, we hope that you are happy with your selection. If for any reason you are not happy with your selection, our return and exchange policy is as follows

At tiffanyjewellery, your satisfaction is what we strive for. We offer a comprehensive return policy to ensure that once you own a tiffanyjewellery product, you will not buy your designer jewelry anywhere else, ever again.

We accept returns for exchange or refund for the following reasons:

Shipping errors

Damaged goods

Dissatisfaction

In order to return your products, send an e-mail to service@tiffanyjewellery.com explaining the reason you wish to return your order, and we will reply promptly with the return address and the tips. We DO NOT accept returns unless authorized first via email. Your order must be returned, at your own expense, within 15 days of receipt, in unused condition, and with all packaging attached.

We recommend using Delivery Confirmation which has the parcels unique tracking number, so we can track the delivery status of your package. Please be advised that we will not be responsible for loss and damage of return shipments. The refund will be reimbursed to your credit card account within 10 days after we receive the returns. The original AU$9.99 shipping fee and a 15% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount.

Exchanges are not subject to a restocking fee. However we are not responsible for the round-trip freight cased by exchanging process. That means the customers will be responsible for the shipping fees for sending back and sending out again. All items can only exchange for equal price replacement, please be aware that we will issue the replacements only after your returns have been received.
